All material on this site is produced by the team at Ganbajeba.ge (LLC DECLARO, tax ID 402342924) — licensed customs declarants who file declarations daily in ASYCUDA World under a state eCustoms licence.

We do not publish material that is not grounded in our own practical experience or in an official source.

Sources we use

Factual information — rates, deadlines, procedures, document lists — is verified only against primary, official sources:

  • Customs Code of Georgia and related secondary legislation (matsne.gov.ge)
  • Revenue Service of Georgia — rs.ge (rates, state fees, e-services)
  • ASYCUDA World / eCustoms current system parameters
  • National Bank of Georgia — official exchange rates
  • National Food Agency — phytosanitary and veterinary requirements
  • Market Surveillance Agency — import prior notification
  • Our own casework — situations recorded on real declarations

How we verify information

  1. Drafting. The material is written by a practising declarant with direct experience of the procedure described.
  2. Fact-checking. Every figure — state fee, percentage, deadline, threshold — is checked against the official source on the day of publication.
  3. Cross-check. A second team member reads the material and checks that the advice would not mislead anyone in a real-world situation.
  4. Publication. The article carries both a publication date and a last-reviewed date.

How often we update

  • Prices, rates and state fees — at least once per quarter
  • When legislation changes — within 30 days of the change taking effect
  • Every article shows a “Last reviewed” date. If it is more than a year old, the information may be out of date.

If you find an error

If you spot an inaccuracy, write to info@ganbajeba.ge. We will:

  • Review your report within 2 business days
  • Correct the text and refresh the review date if the report is confirmed
  • Leave a correction note in the article where the change is substantive

Independence

  • We do not publish paid advertorials and we do not sell links
  • Information about our own services is clearly separated from informational content
  • Prices shown on the site are real — we do not advertise an attractive figure that does not apply in practice
  • The reviews we display are genuine Google reviews, not written by us
